What is the suggested length of a created video?

Product videos start showing in the image carousel once created from the StoryXpress platform.

The ideal number of frames per video should be 9 and the length approximately suggested is between 22-26 seconds.

If a guest finds a product video on your website, he/she will play it because videos gather more attention than the static imagery on the page. The details about the product or steps to use the product can be clearly covered in the product video but if the video is too long the guest may lose interest.

This is the reason why we suggest vendors keep the video length between the above-mentioned range.
