External Camera issues

   Hardware issues

• Camera not detected
• External camera selected but another camera is recording
• Screen is blank with white bubble on the left

The above listed issues incur if your hardware is failing. Please ensure that your camera is working properly.

Configuration issues 

• I’m only able to record in screen only mode while my other two options are greyed out.
• My Screen Recording works fine, But I’m not able

 This might happen when the StoryXpress plugin fails to detect the camera. In this case, please ensure that you have the right device connected.
