Free Screen Recorder for Chrome
The threads say a lot of people faced problems, especially with Logitech cameras, post some chrome update but other browsers seem to be working fine:

Possible solutions include:
1) Checking antivirus and firewall
2) Updating drivers
3) Possible use of VPNs too? (Source)
4) Make everything thing “default” in Settings -> “Site settings”?
5) Check they are correctly connected and not blocked by any software on your system
6) Occasionally the browser can lose access to devices, even if it appears to work elsewhere. Restarting your browser will make sure this is not the problem
7) Some browser extensions can also affect camera stream (Source)
