Trouble logging in

If you keep getting logged out of the extension every time you’re using it, please restart your browser and you will be good to go. if the issues persist even after restarting the browser, please make sure that you have third party cookies enabled in your system.

Here’s how you can check it:

•  Click on the three dots on the top right corner, and go to chrome settings
• In the privacy and security tab, Look for site settings
• Locate cookies and site data 
• In this section, make sure you have turned off “Block Third Party Cookies”.
• We use cookies to create your log in sessions, hence option shall be disabled.

If your plugin remains in loading state for a very long period of time:

• Go to “chrome://extensions”,  reload your extension, and try again.
• If you still have trouble logging into the plugin directly, You can go to StoryXpress and login from there. You will be logged in to the extension automatically.
